What We Offer  

Meet the Coach

Matt has been working to help people of all backgrounds reach their health and fitness goals for over 14 years. He began as a personal trainer after he discovered his own fitness in his late 20's. After a few years as a master trainer working with personal training and group fitness clients, he decided to elevate his game and become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He continued to train his one-on-one clients and coach his group fitness classes throughout PT school, where he was able to apply what he was learning in real time. Six years later he graduated from the University at Buffalo with his Doctorate. Since then he has become a certified health coach, and has spent the majority of his professional time as a physical therapist in the sports outpatient setting, working with a wide range of clients from professional athletes to post-operative and chronic pain patients. The programs and services provided here are a culmination of all the clinical and real-life knowledge he has compiled during his decade plus experience in the training business and healthcare fields. ​​
