I’ve spent over 14 years helping people get stronger, move better, and take control of their health. I started as a personal trainer, then became a Doctor of Physical Therapy to better understand how the body actually works—not just how to train it.

 

Since then, I’ve worked with everyone from athletes to people dealing with chronic pain and injuries.PhysioFit is where all of that comes together—real coaching, real structure, and a system that actually works in real life.
